Inclusions and Exclusions
Included is the staining as part of finishing the wood floor. This includes
prep work such as first cleaning the existing floor down with
mineral spirits or other cleaning solution across a wood floor surface that is basically ready to go.
These prices reflect popular stain solutions available on the market
today, including deeper lacquer-based stains at the higher end of pricing.

Includes supplies like brushes for trimming in the floor area
and possible equipment like a floor buffer and pads for stain application.
In addition to clean, lint free cloths for wiping.
Figures a maximum of applying 2 coats stain material.
Final cleanup and disposal of waste is allocated within these amounts.

on the particular zip code by 5% and greater.
